DibuatinAI is an AI-assisted platform that helps you draft product requirement documents (PRDs) from an idea. The service may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

You sign in using a third-party account (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

You may not use the service to create, process, or generate content that falls into the following categories:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content;

• Gambling or betting;

• Hateful content, discrimination, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, or religion (SARA);

• Violence, terrorism, weapons, or explosives;

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances;

• Any form of child exploitation;

• Fraud, phishing, money laundering, or illegal financial activity;

• Malware or unauthorized hacking;

• Any other content unlawful under applicable law.

We apply automated checks and reserve the right to refuse, remove, or block requests or accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, disrupting the security or availability of the service, or accessing the service programmatically outside the provided interface without permission.

You retain ownership of the ideas, inputs, and documents you create through the service ('Your Content'). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the service (including sending it to AI model providers for processing).

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Generated documents are produced automatically by AI models and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Output is provided 'as is' to assist you and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You must review and verify it before use.

The service offers free and paid plans with usage limits (quotas). The free-plan limit is a lifetime allowance per account and is not reset by deleting a project. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The service, software, brand, and all materials (other than Your Content) are owned by DibuatinAI and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
